Registration Information 2011-12

2011-12 Hockey Fees:

Early Bird fees apply to registrations received and paid by June 15th. Regular Fee will apply for registrations received after June 15th.

If for any reason a refund is required, a written request must be received prior to September 1st. The refund policy will take effect as follows:
Hockey
Full refunds will only be given up to and including June 30, 2011
Refunds requested up to Sept. 1, 2011, apply to registration fees less a $100 penalty(no refund for Fundraising or late fees)
Up to Oct. 1, 2011 a 60% refund will be issued (no refund for Fundraising or late fees)
Up to Nov. 1, 2011, a 40% refund will be issued (no refund for Fundraising or late fees)
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST
**The Executive will consider a partial refund for a player who cannot participate for the remainder of the season due to injury or a medical condition**

Winter Sports - registration Early Bird deadline for: Boys & Girls Hockey June 15, 2011

Visa/Mastercard will be accepted for on-line registrations, cheques to be mailed to: BVAA, Box 213,Clarksburg, ON N0H 1J0
Cash will only be accepted by dropping off to the BVAA Treasurer (will accept cheques too)
All Hockey registration payments must be RECEIVED by: June 15, 2011
Winter Sports will accept post-dated cheques as follows: June 30, 2011, July 31, 2011 and August 31, 2011
Registration fees must be paid in full before participating in any practice/tryout/game/lesson

Bond cheque must be post-dated March 31, 2012
If a family wishes NOT to participate in volunteering hours, they may "opt" out of the programme and date their bond cheque June 15, 2011, at which time their name will be removed from the "volunteer call list" and their cheque will be cashed
Bond cheques will be kept and recorded separately from registration cheques
Hours must be completed between April 1, 2011-Mar 31, 2012
Upon completion of the following volunteer hours "bond cheques" will be returned or destroyed
Novice – and up $250.00 Bond Cheque - 10 hrs
Tyke – and below $125.00 Bond Cheque - 5 hrs
Bond hours will be counted for executive positions, coaching and fundraising events
